We take great responsibility not just for building a community but for supporting it as well. We vet every member to ensure they are willing and able to support and invest in each other’s ideas and well-being. Diversity is not an exact science and we don’t work off algorithms or quotas but we do work hard to ensure our community is an accurate microcosm of the city: culturally, economically, and professionally. If we have a type, it’s people who want to make the world more beautiful, more fun, more efficient, and more peaceful while bettering themselves in pursuit.
We are not an invitation only club but we do look to our members to recommend and vouch for intriguing thinkers, doers, and creators who would bring value to the UP community.
